Economic Slowdow Drives Rise in Vacation Rental Business

This winter has already been busy for those of us on the Gulf Coast of Florida and spring is heating up fast. Regardless of, or as a result of, the economic slowdown ,Vacation Rentals by Owner on the Gulf of Mexico are HOT TICKETS.

Many of our owners have already booked their properties through early spring. It appears the economics of using a Florida Vacation Rental for your week at the beach have become more compelling to people who might have been willing to spend $250-$300 per night in the past for a beachfront hotel.

If you are planning a Spring Break trip or Summer Vacation, NOW is the tme to get your reservation in.

Check out
Florida Gulf Vacation for Vacation properties from Key West to Perdido Key.

And if you are going to be in the Tampa Area for the SuperBowl or just to get away from the snow this winter, here are some of the things going on along our beaches over the next couple months.

ENJOY THE BEACH.
