Since its opening last December, the Sloppy Pelican has quickly become a part of its local community, joining the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce, hosting several charity functions, and planning events with its fellow restaurants and bars to benefit all parties. The Sloppy Pelican is proud to be a member of the TBBCoC, and is looking forward to working closely with the membership to grow business along our beaches. From it's free beach shuttle taking patrons home safely, to its willingness to include its neighbors in its business plan, the Sloppy Pelican is using creativity and an open mind to market itself in a competitive environment. Upcoming events at the Sloppy Pelican include the start of Reggae Night every Saturday and its First Annual 4th of July Hot Dog Eating Contest!
